Submitted on January 8, 2026, the filing is set to take effect February 9, 2026, for both new business and renewals. The update revises the Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) Coverage Endorsement and introduces a new Failure to Effect or Maintain Insurance or Bond Exclusion Endorsement.

The changes are designed to better define coverage boundaries within AXIS’s cyber and technology liability products, including provisions tied to biometric identifiers, genetic information, and network-related security failures.
