AXIS Insurance Company filed a 0% rate change in Idaho for its Fetch Pet Health Insurance Program. The update removes a prescription sublimit (–1%) and offsets it with a +1% base rate adjustment, affecting 3,736 policyholders and $1.5 million in written premium.

The company is also introducing a $15 administrative fee for new business to cover document ingestion, the self-service portal, creative and design, billing, and technology support. The filing is approved and takes effect for new policies on February 5, 2026, and renewals on March 22, 2026.
