Ullico Casualty Group has finalized a program agreement with Zurich American Insurance Company, transitioning its fiduciary liability, union liability, and nonprofit labor and management liability business to Zurich for policies effective January 1, 2027.

The company began quoting the products in approved states on October 20, 2026. Its underwriting and claims teams will continue managing the business, while commercial lines offered through other carriers will remain in place.

Ullico Casualty Group also plans to introduce additional products with Zurich over the next year. The programs serve labor organizations and trustees in the Taft-Hartley market.
