Redion Insurance Company, formerly Generali USA Insurance Company, has filed its travel insurance rate and rule manuals in North Carolina under its new name and logo.

The filing covers retail, vacation rental and vacation rental damage programs. The policy forms, coverages, rates and rules are unchanged from those approved in April 2025.

The company said it has not written any policies under the previously approved programs, so the change does not affect existing policyholders. Redion is requesting a January 1, 2027, effective date.
