Old Republic Home Protection has received approval to introduce a new lineup of home warranty plans in Arizona. The plans—Silver, Gold and Platinum with Total Care—cover various home systems and appliances, with optional coverage available for items such as pools, roof leaks, additional refrigerators and well pumps.

Gold adds washer, dryer and kitchen refrigerator coverage, while Platinum raises certain limits, including appliance coverage to $7,000 per appliance, and provides enhanced coverage for slab leaks, external plumbing, code-related modifications and zone controls. Old Republic is also introducing a version exclusively for members of CRES Insurance Services.

The filing was submitted on August 12 and approved the following day, with a requested effective date of September 11, 2026.
