Metromile has filed updated policy forms in Texas as it prepares to launch its new by-peril homeowners insurance program in the state.

The filing includes revisions to landlord, property, and liability coverage forms, as well as updates to endorsements related to windstorm, hail, water back-up, and personal injury liability.

Notably, this filing does not involve any rate changes, as Metromile has not yet launched its homeowners product in Texas.

Until now, Lemonade partnered with Homesite to underwrite homeowners insurance risks in Texas.
