Metromile, part of the Lemonade, has updated its summary of coverage forms in Colorado ahead of launching its new By-Peril homeowners program.

The revised forms clarify coverage details for both homeowners and condo policies, with one key addition: inflation adjustments are now listed as a possible reason for premium increases—an item unintentionally omitted from prior versions.

While the forms themselves don’t change underlying coverage, they offer clearer explanations of exclusions, replacement cost versus actual cash value, and key optional add-ons like water backup, earthquake, and personal umbrella coverage.

The new summaries go into effect June 17, 2025.
