Farmers Insurance Company of Oregon and Farmers Insurance Exchange have filed for a 5% overall rate increase across their Homeowners lines, effective November 10, 2025, for new business.

The change applies to the Farmers Flex℠ Personal Home, Protector Plus, and Special Form products, impacting roughly 32,600 policyholders and $53.7 million in written premium.

In addition to base rate adjustments, the filing introduces updates to deductibles, water-backup coverage, and key rating rules — specifically Rate Stability Rule R-52 and Transition Group Factor Rule R-54 — to help manage premium volatility during product transitions.
