Falls Lake is non-renewing its Eiger Aviation Insurance Program in Oregon and North Carolina effective August 1, 2026, following Eiger Insurance Services’ decision to move the business to an unaffiliated insurer. The company said most policyholders are expected to receive replacement coverage from the new insurers and that the withdrawal is not expected to disrupt the market.
The program affects:
- Oregon: 43 policies representing $839,844 in premium.
- North Carolina: 36 policies representing $707,796 in premium.
Falls Lake emphasized that the decision applies only to the Eiger program and that it intends to maintain its presence in the aviation insurance program market and continue pursuing additional partnerships with other general agents in both states.
