Cincinnati Insurance has withdrawn its fitness risk purchasing group manual in Ohio, saying it was intended for another state and that no Ohio policyholders were enrolled in the program.

The filing covers The Cincinnati Insurance Company, The Cincinnati Casualty Company and The Cincinnati Indemnity Company. Submitted September 24, the withdrawal was marked filed effective September 29, 2026.

“Since there are no Fitness RPG policyholders in this state, the manual is not applicable and is being withdrawn,” the company wrote.

The filing does not identify the state for which the manual was intended. No policyholders or premiums are affected.
