While the indicated rate change was 25.3%, the company opted for a smaller 15% adjustment. Notably, Premium Operations/Products Completed coverage increases by 18.01%, and Abuse/Sexual Molestation liability by 18.69%.

Although the filing is not yet submitted in the company’s domicile state, it follows consecutive package rate increases over the past three years, reflecting Church Mutual’s continued effort to align pricing with rising liability exposures.
