Aspen American Insurance Company filed to introduce Logistics Select, a new proprietary inland marine product in Connecticut, effective upon approval. The modular program is designed for transportation and logistics risks and allows insureds to customize coverage combinations through a Schedule of Coverages.

The offering includes protection for motor truck cargo legal liability, contingent cargo, property in transit and at terminals, and warehouse legal liability. It also provides specialized coverages such as refrigeration breakdown, food contamination, broken seals, fraud and deceit, trailer interchange, and operational expense protections related to transportation disruptions.

The filing was submitted on a form-exempt basis and incorporates current terrorism disclosures and exclusions, positioning the product as a flexible inland marine solution for carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators.
