AmTrust has filed a series of enhancements to its Businessowners (BOP) program in Georgia, aiming to expand its underwriting appetite and boost market share across two core segments: auto service and contractors. The filing adopts portions of ISO’s Auto Service Risks endorsement on a proprietary basis, along with a new supplemental schedule to better support these exposures.
For contractors, AmTrust is introducing a new Contractors Liability Enhancement Endorsement and a Residential Construction Exclusion for designated states where the company does not write such risks. An existing endorsement—Damage to Your Work/Product—was also revised, with the word “Contractor” removed from the title to reflect broader applicability.
Filed on behalf of four AmTrust companies, including Wesco, Security National, and Technology Insurance, the updates are part of a broader strategy and were submitted under SERFF #UNKP-134529842, with a requested effective date of September 1, 2025.
