The form, effective November 1, 2025, adds trailer coverage to the personal auto policy and does not involve any rate changes. The filing, submitted June 18 and approved the next day, includes ISO-sourced language and was authored by Becky Goodwin, Jenny Hug, and Michelle Miller.

West Bend currently offers personal insurance in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin through independent agents.
