Vault Adds Auto Flood Deductible in Florida

Vault Reciprocal Exchange has filed revisions to its Auto Complete program for high-net-worth customers in Florida, including a new optional flood deductible.

Vault said the deductible is intended to lower premiums, allow policyholders to tailor coverage to their flood exposure and encourage greater protection of insured vehicles.

The insurer is also restoring transportation expense coverage without a copay, adding a flat $500 deductible for personal effects coverage and clarifying full glass coverage. Coverage for non-owned vehicles would be reduced from 90 days to 45 days.

Vault is withdrawing several endorsements related to deductible adjustments, catalytic converter theft and damage-to-auto enhancements as it removes their associated rates. The company is seeking effective dates of October 12, 2026, for new business and November 12, 2026, for renewals.
