Trisura Insurance Company has launched a commercial insurance program in Wisconsin for landlords of restaurant, office, warehouse and retail properties.

The Honeycomb Lessor’s Risk Only program combines commercial property and general liability coverage. It became effective for new and renewal business on July 21, 2026.

The ISO-based program uses loss cost multipliers of 1.620 for commercial property and 2.150 for general liability. Pricing can also reflect a property’s occupancy, construction and loss history, with schedule-rating credits or debits of up to 50%.

Optional coverages include water backup and sump overflow with limits ranging from $5,000 to $250,000, equipment breakdown, ordinance or law, business income, employee benefits liability, directors and officers coverage, and $1 million of hired and non-owned auto coverage.

The program carries a $100 policy fee, along with a $50 late-payment fee, $50 reinstatement fee and $15 installment fee, which is waived for electronic funds transfers. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

The Wisconsin filing was submitted on Trisura’s behalf by Canary Consulting and was filed by state regulators on July 21.
