State National, part of Markel, submitted a filing in Hawaii to update its exclusive CFC Cyber Private Enterprise offering.

The filing adds three optional endorsements: a Voluntary and Regulatory Shutdown Extension, an Invoice Manipulation Extension, and a Waiver of Subrogation Condition. Two of the forms introduce small pricing adjustments, including a 0.1% increase to crime coverage (Invoice Manipulation) and a 0.1% uplift applied across all coverages (Waiver of Subrogation).
