Rock Ridge Insurance Company, through Martin & Company, is revising its Redstone Underwriters LLC Commercial Auto Program in Texas.

The June 18, 2025 filing introduces a new “Liability Deductible Quick Reporting Discount,” which grants a 50% deductible discount if an accident is reported by the end of the following day.

Endorsement ASIC CA 03 01 enables this discount at no additional charge.

The rule and rate changes apply to 50 policyholders and $5.58M in written premium, with no overall rate impact.

TransUnion is listed as a third-party vendor providing Aggregated Driver Score data, though this data is not used for rating.

The update is scheduled to take effect on September 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business.
