RetailFirst Insurance Company is updating its Florida workers’ compensation forms as it prepares to transition its managing general agency operations to Integrated Specialty Coverages.

The insurer filed to adopt current NCCI forms, withdraw several proprietary and retrospective coverage forms that it no longer uses, and update its contact information to ISC’s office in Carlsbad, California. The changes are scheduled to take effect October 1, 2026.

A new policyholder notice states that the changes concern policy forms and formatting and will not change the insurer providing coverage.

RetailFirst Insurance Group announced in July that RetailFirst and BusinessFirst would end their MGA relationship with Summit Consulting and begin working with ISC during the third quarter. Summit will service the policies it underwrote through expiration and manage associated claims for three years after the transition period.

RetailFirst and BusinessFirst insure more than 11,500 businesses across eight states.
