New London County Mutual Insurance Company filed updates in Connecticut to comply with Public Act No. 25-33, introducing a new Policyholder Notice – Flood Exclusion (CTFLOOD PN) that will be placed at the front of policy packages.

The filing, submitted March 2, 2026, takes effect June 1, 2026 for new and renewal business and applies to the insurer’s Dwelling Fire and Personal Liability lines.

The documentation also references CAPE Analytics in connection with the use of AI or machine learning in the development or determination of policy forms.
