Milliman has filed a new homeowners property model in Georgia on behalf of DataMentors, which does business as PGM Solutions.

Called Home Factors, the product consists of 75 predictive models designed to estimate the likelihood that a property has certain characteristics. Insurers can use the output to determine whether an application requires an inspection or manual review, or as a supplementary input in their own loss-cost models.

Participating insurers will remain responsible for supporting their use of Home Factors through separate regulatory filings and establishing a process for consumer notification and data verification.

The filing was submitted on August 13 with a requested effective date of September 1, 2026. It is currently pending.
