The filing adopts NCCI’s overall average rate level decrease of 2.5% for the voluntary market and introduces medical deductible factors aligned with the July 2025 NCCI Montana Loss Elimination Factors. Midwest Family Mutual will maintain its 0.85 deviation, while Midwest Family Advantage continues with a 1.15 deviation—both supported by favorable loss experience.
The filing affects 39 policyholders across both companies, with written premiums of approximately $81,000 for MFM and $665,000 for MFA. While MFM shows a slight rate impact increase of 0.59%, MFA reflects a 4.04% decrease, following a prior overall reduction of 6.7% effective January 2025.
