Metromile is updating its New Jersey Personal Auto program to comply with SB 481 and Bulletin No. 22-09. The changes, effective January 1, 2026, include a new minimum liability limit of $35,000/$70,000 for Bodily Injury and UM/UIM coverage, replacing the prior $25,000/$50,000 option.

The program serves 3,689 policyholders with $2.79M in written premium. No changes are being made to Property Damage or UMPD minimums, and the filing is classified as rate-neutral.
