Main Street America , part of American Family, is retiring its homeowners product in Virginia. The company submitted a formal notice of product withdrawal, with the effective date for both new business and renewals set for May 15, 2025.

The filing includes the full withdrawal of the homeowners rate and rule manual and associated forms. Coverage types being retired include HO-2, HO-3, HO-4, HO-6, and a wide range of endorsements such as identity fraud coverage, loss assessment, special personal property, and water backup.
