The submissions, prepared by Perr&Knight, mark Lyndon Southern’s formal entry into the aviation market across multiple states.

The program’s form filings include the Aircraft Insurance Application, Owner Pilot Insurance Policy, and a Lay-Up Endorsement. Notably, the application specifies that any misstatement, omission, or untruth may allow the insurer to exclude coverage for related claims. Management and distribution responsibilities are being shared across several entities: 5X5 Insurance Company, Inc. is serving as the Aviation Manager, Wings Insurance is authorized to represent insureds, and in Texas, 5X5 Insurance Services, LLC is also listed as a contact on the application.

While no policyholder counts or premium figures have been disclosed, the program is new to all four states, with effective dates for new and renewal business noted as “On Approval.” The filings currently focus on form introductions, with rate and rule filings expected to follow as the program develops.
