The filing, submitted February 12, 2026, reflects a selected rate change of about 1% to 3.4% depending on the company. The changes are scheduled to take effect March 3, 2026 for new business and July 29, 2026 for renewals.

For Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance Company, the filing affects approximately 27,201 policyholders and $76 million in written premium, with an estimated premium increase of about $770,000. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s smaller book includes 69 policyholders and $238,000 in premium.

The rate indication for Kentucky personal auto was 1.1%, based on three years of loss experience from October 2022 through September 2025, with trends applied to project losses through 2027.

The filing also includes replacements of the Kentucky Auto Rating Manual and Tier Manual to reflect updated factors and rating structures.
