Lemonade Insurance Company has filed a rules-only update in Massachusetts to revise Appendix A of its Pet Insurance Manual, effective January 1, 2026.

The update refreshes the list of affinity and strategic group partners eligible for group-based discounts, including select employers and benefits platforms. The change does not impact rates and applies only to qualifying new business policies issued on or after the effective date.

The filing was placed on file by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance without modification.
