While the aggregate impact is 0.0%, the filing resets the manual with new factors, allowing Lemonade to rebalance pricing without increasing overall premium levels.

The submission follows another revision just one month earlier, highlighting Lemonade’s rapid filing cadence in the state. Pennsylvania remains one of Lemonade’s strongest pet insurance markets, with exposure far above what many carriers write in a single state. Regulators approved the filing in just six days, underscoring its non-controversial status.

For policyholders, coverage terms remain unchanged, but premiums may shift up or down depending on individual risk factors such as breed or geography.
