Homebound Insurance Exchange is expanding its homeowners offering in Tennessee with the introduction of an HO-3 policy.
The Texas-domiciled reciprocal currently operates in Arizona, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, offering homeowners, dwelling fire and manufactured-home insurance through DUAL Personal Lines.
Homebound plans to adopt ISO’s Homeowners 3 – Special Form as a mandatory policy form, along with an optional ordinance or law coverage endorsement. An HO-3 policy generally provides open-perils coverage for the home and named-perils coverage for personal belongings.
The company is also updating its optional partial replacement cost endorsement to correct a policy-form paragraph reference.
The forms are expected to take effect on August 28, 2026, for new business and October 12, 2026, for renewals.
