Frontline Insurance Reciprocal Exchange has filed to introduce a homeowners insurance program in Florida.

The initial HO-3 program largely mirrors the homeowners product currently offered by affiliate First Protective Insurance Company, including its territory relativities. First Protective authorized the reciprocal exchange to use its confidential materials for the filing.

Frontline Insurance Reciprocal Exchange said the program does not change the level of coverage offered to policyholders and does not introduce rating-factor changes beyond base rates or territory relativities. It will offer policies with and without wind coverage and will use credit information in underwriting or rating.

The filing includes territories throughout Florida and represents a new program rather than a rate adjustment to an existing book of business.
