Corgi Receives Georgia Workers’ Compensation Forms Approval

Corgi Insurance Company has received approval for the policy forms supporting its new Georgia workers’ compensation and employers liability program.

Georgia approved the filing on November 4, 2026, with an effective date of November 1. Corgi, which is domiciled in Georgia, submitted the filing September 15.

The program adopts standard National Council on Compensation Insurance policy forms and endorsements approved for use in Georgia. Corgi filed an NCCI information page containing its identifying details and proposed no company-specific coverage forms.

During review, regulators asked Corgi to confirm that it had completed Georgia’s two-step licensing process. In a response submitted November 3, Corgi confirmed it held both a certificate of authority and a State Board of Workers’ Compensation permit.

Rates and rules were submitted separately.
