Cajun Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange has introduced its Business Advantage commercial property program in Alabama. The filing, effective October 1, 2025, mirrors rate/rule structures previously approved for Safepoint Insurance Company.

The program provides coverage for nonresidential properties, with options for additional coverages, crime, and flood-related requirements.

The manual also details eligibility, deductibles, hurricane/tropical storm binding restrictions, and MGA policy fees. “We will charge a $40.00 policy fee on each new and renewal policy. The policy fee shall be fully earned.”
