Approved on July 24, 2025, with an effective date of August 15, 2025, the program includes proprietary forms such as a Supplemental Business Personal Property Floater, Automatic Loss Payee Endorsement, and specialized coverage for professional incidents. It also features a Total Phthalates Exclusion. No rate or premium impact is associated with the filing.
