Arch Insurance Company received approval in Wyoming to file new Set Plan policies and a state-specific amendatory endorsement for its individual travel program.

The filing, submitted August 19, introduces a series of new policy forms, including CW RC Policy, CW Ski Pass Preserver SeasonPass Policy, CW SunTripPres SPF 306090 Policy, CW African Travel Policy, and several Aon/Swain policies. Provisions cover excess insurance, subrogation, OFAC sanctions, and electronic delivery of documents.

Arch says the move simplifies administration and improves policyholder understanding by incorporating amendatory endorsement items directly into issued policies. Aon Affinity and Red Sky Travel Insurance are referenced in the claims process, while Arch Insurance Solutions Inc. is listed as the reporting entity for claims.

The program reflects direct-to-consumer or agent-based distribution, with electronic delivery built into the policy framework.
