Ally Files Bundled Vehicle Protection Program In Connecticut

Ally Service Agreement Corporation has submitted a filing in Connecticut to introduce a bundled vehicle protection offering, with an effective date of June 1, 2026.

The program combines multiple dealership-sold ancillary products into a single package that includes tire and wheel protection, optional cosmetic wheel coverage, and key replacement benefits. Tire and wheel coverage pays for repairs or replacement when damage is caused by road hazards such as potholes or debris, while key protection reimburses up to $800 per year for lost, stolen, or destroyed keys or remotes. Additional benefits include roadside assistance, along with limited trip interruption and rental reimbursement for qualifying claims.

The contracts apply to vehicles up to the current model year plus 20 prior years, require no deductible, and are issued for a fixed term. The obligations under the service agreements are backed by a reimbursement insurance policy from MIC Property and Casualty Insurance Corporation (part of Ally Financial).
