Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company received Texas regulatory approval for new policy documents supporting a manufactured home insurance distribution channel administered by Accentus Insurance Group.
The filing, approved June 25, introduces a declarations page and cancellation and nonrenewal notices for the new channel. Ocean Harbor said the documents accommodate a new distribution method and system, with no changes to rates or coverage and no impact on forms used by its existing distribution channel.

Accentus will act as a program administrator and general agency. Ocean Harbor clarified that the company will not serve as a managing general agent under Texas law. In its final response to regulators, the insurer confirmed that Accentus had been appointed through the National Insurance Producer Registry system.
