Mobilitas, part of the CSAA Insurance, has filed an update in Nevada to adopt optional endorsements for its existing mFleet commercial auto product.
The endorsements are designed to expand coverage for customers participating in authorized, platform-based rental ecosystems, reflecting Mobilitas’ focus on the “unique emerging mobility customer segment.” No policyholder counts or premium impact were disclosed, and rate data does not apply to this filing.
The updated endorsements modify Who Is An Insured to explicitly include “Members” of authorized rental networks during the term of coverage—specifically when a covered auto is in a member’s care but not being rented or used in a non-permissive manner.
The filing references several platform and ecosystem participants, including Outdoorsy, Wheelbase, Overland Protection Plan, and Roamly Insurance Group. Coverage under mFleet is intended for customers operating within these digital rental platforms rather than traditional commercial fleets.
