The filing implements a 9.9% base rate increase affecting 318 policyholders and approximately $24.1 million in written premium. The company’s credibility weighted indication was significantly higher at 65.2%, but a lower increase was selected.

The analysis benchmarks loss trends against industry peers including MAG Mutual, The Doctor’s Company, and Medical Protective.

This follows a prior 9.9% rate increase that took effect in May 2025.
