McGowan Programs plans to launch two insurance package programs for professionally managed condominium associations and multifamily apartment properties by December 1, 2026.

The programs will provide property and liability coverage through admitted and nonadmitted options. Coverage will be backed by an unnamed carrier with an AM Best financial strength rating of A (Excellent) and Financial Size Category XV.

The programs will be available in 21 states and Washington, D.C.: Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia and Wisconsin.
