The filing, which covers policy form LS-AC-0002 and associated riders, confirms that the product is no longer marketed in Florida. Since inception, Florida has seen 175 claims totaling $161,643, compared to over 3,700 claims and $2.9 million paid nationally. Milliman originally priced the block, and while national experience is deemed fully credible, Florida’s is not.
