Pre-Paid Legal Access, Inc., which operates as LegalShield, has filed to introduce two legal service plans in Oregon. Both would be offered through employers as a fringe benefit or by payroll deduction.

The NP27 Elite Plan would cost $17.25 per month, or $15.95 with a multi-plan discount. The NPE27 Elite Enhanced Plan would cost $21.65 per month, or $20.15 with the discount.

Both plans include legal advice, document services, estate planning, debt defense, motor vehicle matters and tax audit services. The Enhanced plan adds services related to divorce, child custody and support orders, along with a senior care advisor, electronic signatures and notarization.

LegalShield submitted the filing Sept. 24 and requested that the plans take effect upon approval.
