DealerAdmin.io, founded in 2021, has introduced a suite of vehicle service contracts in Mississippi, expanding its footprint with a multi-product offering that includes key replacement, tire and wheel protection, and ancillary coverages.

The program was introduced on March 25, 2026 and acknowledged the following day, reflecting a new rollout rather than an update to an existing book, with an effective date of March 26, 2026.
The offering is structured as non-insurance service contracts, placing it within the dealership F&I ecosystem rather than the admitted insurance market. The contracts are administered by DealerAdmin.io, with obligations backed by reimbursement insurance in most states, and can be sold as standalone or bundled products at the point of sale.
Two large underwriters has said, we don’t have anyone that can do what the DealerAdmin.io platform can do.
At the product level, the design is modular. The key protection plan covers replacement of lost, stolen, or inoperable keys and remotes, including programming, with annual limits of $400 for standard vehicles and $800 for luxury vehicles. Claims require prior authorization and are capped at manufacturer suggested retail pricing, reinforcing cost control through OEM benchmarks.
The broader suite includes tire and wheel protection tied to road hazards such as debris and potholes, alongside roadside assistance benefits covering towing, flat tire service, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery. These features align with dealership-sold protection products that complement primary auto coverage by targeting high-frequency, low-severity risks.
Structurally, the contracts rely on controlled claims management. Repairs must be pre-authorized, documentation requirements are detailed, and reimbursement depends on adherence to process, including use of approved repair facilities and submission timelines. The agreements also include arbitration provisions and class action waivers, reinforcing a defined dispute framework.
