CopperPoint Insurance Companies has filed forms to offer a commercial output program in Idaho, its initial submission for the line in the state. The filing covers CopperPoint Casualty Insurance Company and CopperPoint Premier Insurance Company and remains submitted to the state. CopperPoint requested a November 1, 2026, effective date.

The companies said they will use AAIS manual rules and forms. Their filing also includes a hospitality endorsement with coverage for food contamination, reservation system interruptions, spoilage, lost master keys, customer reimbursement when hotel accommodations cannot be honored, and cancellation of off-premises special events.

The food contamination provision includes up to $100,000 each for extra expenses and lost earnings, plus $50,000 for advertising to restore the business’s reputation, subject to a $500,000 aggregate over 12 months. Other stated limits include $50,000 for spoilage and $50,000 for cancellation of a special event.
