Amerisure Partners Insurance Company filed on June 19, 2025, to adopt an Expense Reduction Plan in Tennessee for commercial lines with manual premiums of $5,000 or more. The plan allows up to a 25% discretionary premium credit based on reduced commissions, underwriting, and administrative costs. Already approved for other Amerisure entities in 2016, the rule applies to Commercial Auto, GL, Package, and other lines, with an effective date of August 1, 2025.
