Alpha Warranty Services has received file-and-use approval in Nebraska for three new ElevateCare vehicle service contract forms, filed under the product name “Weiner ElevateCare Custom.”

The contracts offer tire-and-wheel protection against covered road hazards, paintless dent repair, windshield repair or replacement, key and remote replacement, and 24-hour roadside assistance. Optional coverage includes cosmetic and curb damage for alloy, chrome, carbon-fiber and magnesium wheels, as well as coverage for modified tires and wheels, commercial vehicle use and replacement of additional tires where required by a vehicle manufacturer.

The contracts carry a $0 deductible and may be offered in terms ranging from 12 to 84 months. Alpha Warranty said each contract includes a 30-day cancellation period with a full refund.

The contracts became effective August 26, 2026.
